No-Refund Rule
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a Test Series has been purchased and the "Enrollment" is complete. We encourage users to attempt our Free Tests available in the catalog before making a purchase decision.
Duplicate Payments
In the event of a technical glitch leading to multiple payments for the same Test Series, the additional amount will be refunded to the original payment source (Bank, UPI, or Card) within 5-7 business days after verification.
